Three pieces in this topic
What a defense services agreement is
A technical assistance agreement (TAA) or manufacturing license agreement (MLA) is needed before defense services are given, including training foreign forces, and $500,000 triggers a part 130 statement.
02Filing and ending a defense services agreement
A signed MLA or TAA is filed within 30 days, termination is notified 30 days ahead, and no transfer happens before a required DSP-83 is in.
03Offshore procurement, warehousing and space systems
Offshore procurement is limited to build-to-print data, distribution agreements cover a set territory, and satellite launch exports need control plans and monitoring paid for by the company.
