Civilians are priced at current salary plus published factors, military members at composite rates, and actual costs are preferred throughout.

A 5 percent one-time surcharge on the on-hand portion, 1.5 percent storage on non-fund items, and equity valued at the cash deposited.
03Pricing storage, repair, facilities and publications
Storage at 1.5 percent a year after 15 days, repair on a job order basis, shared facilities pro rata, and publications at incremental cost.
